Josh has 16 years experience in the New Zealand infrastructure sector and has been responsible for large, complex public and private asset portfolios. Josh is passionate about good asset management from strategy to delivery and operations and has worked with governance, executive, management and operational teams to develop and deliver asset management improvements and good practice.

After a recent 5 year stint as an executive leader managing 3 waters, transport and waste infrastructure, as well as development and consenting functions, Josh founded Asset Partners NZ Ltd. in 2023. 

Asset Partners NZ is unique in its ability to work with, not for, your organisation and asset teams. Our experience means we have a head-start on understanding your needs and your limitations and challenges.
